* 80 g ground oats
* 90 g chocolate protein powder (here: “Allwhey Hot Protein” from @fayncom)
* 200 g skyr
* 15 g flavor powder of your choice
* 3 bananas
* 7 g baking powder
* 6 g psyllium husks
* 2 eggs
* 40 g baking cocoa
* 1 pinch of salt
* 200–250 ml unsweetened almond milk
* 60 g erythritol
* 15 g 100% chocolate (chopped)
🥄 Toppings (optional):
* Sugar-free chocolate drops
* Lotus Biscoff biscuits as desired
* Lotus Biscoff spread as desired
🥣 Instructions:
1. Cut the bananas into pieces and place them in a bowl.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix into a smooth batter, mashing the bananas with a whisk as you go.
3. Pour the batter into an ovenproof dish and top with chocolate drops and Lotus Biscoff biscuits.
4. Bake for about 35 minutes at 180°C top/bottom heat – the brownies should still be nice and fudgy inside.
5. Let them cool slightly, top with Biscoff spread as desired, and best enjoy them while still slightly warm. 😌
