  1. My man told people not to do cardio or adding physical stress. People will see that and be like oh hey it’s good I don’t exercise! That is reinforcing their mindset not to be more physically active. Go to the gym people. It is literally the #1 thing you can do for your overall health

  2. Ooh the polyunsaturated fatty acids attack immediately draws red flags. They actually reduce things like inflammation, and even heart problems when consumed in moderation. Dont listen to these gym guys who think they know what they are talking about and actually look at the science.

  3. İm sleeping 10 hours
    İm eating less then others
    İm eating healty food
    İ hate my life
    İm nearly so fat
    İ hate my life
    İm never drinking
    İ hate my life…

  4. is this guy ever gonna mention ehay cortisol level is high? I watched all the videos and it is always the same..hey, keep cortisol low , bla blaaa
but i never heard what is low cortisol

  5. Additional tip: don't contract covid.
I got it 6 months ago and I'm still dealing with the effects. Doc said something about mitochondria and arrhythmia and that I have to be gentle with my heart until it gets better. Hard to make gains when you blackout whenever your heart rate jumps up

  6. Excessive is a relative term. Exercising too late in the day can affect my sleep. Need some good cardio for a good VO2 max however. I think it is about a good balance.

  7. The only thing that is valuable here is increasing your activity level, sleeping better, building better habits, etc. Almost everything else related to food is not back by anything.
