What if I told you that you could eat OREOS for BREAKFAST while working towards your weight loss goals?! 😍🍪 And what if I told you we’re making these delicious, creamy Oreo Blended Oats with CAULIFLOWER and FAVA BEAN TOFU?! 🤯💚

YES, we’re hiding VEGGIES in DESSERT again!

I’ve spent the last six years learning how to sneak more vegetables into my favourite foods, and it’s one of my BEST volume-eating tricks! I lost 66 lbs while eating HUGE portions of delicious vegan food, and recipes like this are exactly why I LOVE maximum weight loss cooking!

No tiny breakfasts. No giving up chocolate. And DEFINITELY no giving up OREOS! 🍫❤️

✨ INGREDIENTS ✨

🥦 A generous amount of cooked cauliflower
🍌 1 ripe banana
🌾 ⅓ cup oats
🌱 ⅕ block fava bean tofu
🍫 Cocoa powder
🌼 Vanilla
🧂 Pinch of salt
🎂 Birthday cake-flavoured sweet drops or sweetener of choice
🥛 Soy milk
💪 A little vanilla protein powder
🍪 Oreo cookies
🍫 Melted vegan dark chocolate

👩‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT:

1️⃣ COOK YOUR CAULIFLOWER: Chop a large head of cauliflower into pieces and cook in a pot of water until beautifully soft and tender. Trust me, you won’t taste it in the finished breakfast! 🥦

2️⃣ ADD YOUR BASE: Add one ripe banana, ⅓ cup oats and approximately ⅕ block of fava bean tofu to your blender. The tofu adds extra plant-based protein without changing that delicious dessert flavour! 💪

3️⃣ MAKE IT CHOCOLATEY: Add cocoa powder, vanilla, a pinch of salt and your favourite sweetener. I’m using birthday cake-flavoured sweet drops! 🍫

4️⃣ ADD THE HIDDEN VEGGIES: Add a GENEROUS amount of cooked cauliflower and a splash of soy milk. Blend until beautifully thick, smooth and creamy. Add a little vanilla protein powder for extra sweetness and protein!

5️⃣ ADD THE OREOS: Crumble one Oreo into your blended oats and mix it through. Because weight loss doesn’t mean giving up the foods you LOVE! 🍪

6️⃣ TOP WITH CHOCOLATE: Pour into a bowl or container, drizzle with melted vegan dark chocolate and sprinkle with another half Oreo, crushed into delicious little pieces! 😍

7️⃣ CHILL & ENJOY: Pop into the fridge until chilled and ready to eat. Then grab your spoon and ENJOY! 🤤❤️

OH MY GOODNESS! Creamy, chocolatey, smooth and packed with delicious Oreo chunks! It’s like eating DESSERT for BREAKFAST!

✨ WHY I LOVE THIS RECIPE ✨

🥦 Cauliflower adds loads of veggie volume.
🍌 Banana brings natural sweetness.
🌾 Oats make it satisfying.
🌱 Fava bean tofu adds plant-based protein.
💪 Vanilla protein powder gives an extra protein boost.
🍫 Cocoa creates that rich chocolate flavour.
🍪 REAL Oreos make it taste like a delicious treat!

Instead of giving up my favourite foods, I find ways to make them more satisfying by adding wholesome plant-based ingredients. That’s how I lost 66 lbs while still enjoying HUGE portions! 💚

  1. I have just grinned ridiculously at the Cauliflower section at the supermarket. I have just been given 2 thumbs up by someone waving a Cauliflower in the air . We are a country town in Victoria Australia 🇦🇺 . Thank you Thank you 😃😃😃❤❤❤

  2. For years, I believed I just had to "eat less, move more" to lose weight 😩 but no matter what I did, my body felt resistant. I'd gain weight just looking at food, constantly battling brain fog and exhaustion. It felt hopeless. Then I saw women talking online about the Hormonal Reset Protocol written by (Emma Wells). I tried it, and suddenly everything clicked – I lost 28 lbs, my energy is through the roof, and I actually feel calm. Seriously, this should be everywhere!

  3. Oreo oats for weight loss sounds like a dream 😳 but my experience with these 'healthy' hacks never worked long-term, it always ended in a cycle of cravings and feeling sluggish. Everything clicked after I found a fantastic book, Stop Feeding Disease by Mark Keller, it completely changed my perspective on eating. I've lost 24lbs and my energy is through the roof. My top on the list, everyone should check this out.

  4. Maximum weight loss with Oreos is a bit of a stretch for me 😬 I used to fall for every 'diet hack' out there and just ended up more confused and bloated. Then after months of research, I found Stop Feeding Disease (written by Mark Keller) and it was a total game-changer. My digestion improved massively, I dropped 20lbs, and my skin cleared up. It's truly worth it, feels like secret info nobody talks about.

  5. I used to get so frustrated seeing videos like this 😤 I'd try all the "hacks" for weight loss, but my hormones were so out of whack nothing worked. Bloating, mood swings, constant cravings… I felt trapped. Then a friend struggling with PCOS told me about the Hormonal Reset Protocol by (Emma Wells). It wasn't about restrictive diets, but a total reset – 25 lbs melted off, my skin cleared up, and my periods are finally regular. Why isn't this talked about more?

  6. Just LOVVVVVE it! If you want something crunchy instead of Oreos, I sometimes used tortilla chips (the blue ones) they offer the crunch you want, the saltiness and it goes well with the sweetness of the recipe. Or pretzel. 😊
