Lose Weight Even When Stressed Out: Here’s How…

Low-grade chronic stress will lead to weight gain and most people are chronically stressed. Do you want to know some great tips that’ll help you lose weight?
If you’re doing cardio, stop and go for walks instead. Cardio can increase cortisol, your primary stress hormone, and if you’ve watched any of my other videos, you’d know high cortisol is bad for fat loss

Get more Vitamin D – Sunlight or oral vitamin D is an effective glucocorticoid receptor antagonist, effectively lowers cortisol and reduces stress. Vitamin D also protects the liver from cortisol injury. So seriously, get more sunlight.

Eat more saturated fats like lauric, palmitic, and stearic acids, which are found in coconut oil, beef, and raw dairy and eliminate PUFA consumption. PUFAs are associated with increased cortisol production while SFA are promote a suppressive effect on cortisol.

Try taking pure niacinamide, a type of B3 vitamin, with a little bit of fruit. This will improve cellular metabolism and promotes the enzyme that deactivates cortisol.

And give me a follow if you want to lose weight without counting calories

  1. So if we can’t have trans fat, saturated fat OR unsaturated fat then where are we going to get the fat we need to absorb the fat soluble vitamin D 😂??

  2. Cortisol is my problem right now from chronic stress. My son was killed 5 years ago…stress will never go away. I’ve been drinking water, walking and I gained 4 pounds!!! I’m getting out in the sun this weekend and buying vitamin D and B tomorrow! Thank you

  3. yea. that interesting. i noticed if i have a heavy cardio workout i wake up at 3 am. cant go back to sleep. cortisol rises about 3 am. will need to try more weight lifting now instead.

  4. @TimBurmaster can you make a video about the unique situation of losing weight and building muscle while on an SSRI like Lexapro? The current videos out there are anecdotal not scientific.

  5. Could you please talk about the dangers of "moderation". I've wrecked my health because I believed in the lie – eating doughnuts, junk food and fast food in so called "moderation".
